How the gpa calculator works

Your GPA is the sum of grade points multiplied by credits, divided by total credits. For example, an A (4.0) in a 3-credit course gives 12 quality points. This calculator uses the common 4.0 scale: A+/A = 4.0, A- = 3.7, B+ = 3.3, B = 3.0, and so on down to F = 0.
